When addressing performance issues, it can be hard to show employees that you care about and support them, while still being clear about problems and expectations. Join a Sept. 11 session from 11 a.m. to noon that offers tools for engaging in supportive conversations during these challenging situations. The target audience for this session is management and supervisory employees.
