During the month of October, the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµis joining law enforcement agencies throughout the Interior for a food drive to benefit the Fairbanks Community Food Bank. Donations of nonperishable food or cash donations can be dropped off at the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Police Department. ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ departments can also set up donation boxes in their own areas and can contact the police department at 474-7721 for pickup. In addition to helping combat hunger in the Interior, the Fairbanks Community Food Bank provides as-needed support to the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ student food pantry.
