Meet Samuel Henderson! He made the exciting move to Fairbanks in Summer 2025, coming all the way from Evansville, Indiana, to step into his role as the Esports Coordinator at the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ( ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ). Passionate about leadership and growth, Samuel is dedicated to ensuring that students at ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ have the opportunity to make lifelong memories through community, competitions, and career development opportunities. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liberty University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership from the University of Evansville. As the Esports Coordinator at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, Samuel oversees all aspects of the Esports program's development, including facility renovations, equipment acquisition, player and support staff recruitment, community engagement, and project planning.
