SUMMARYThe Total Rewards Manager鈥檚 primary responsibility will be to oversee benefits administration, compliance management, cost containment, and the Shared Service function. This role will work closely with HR Senior Management supporting Total Rewards for a complex and large-scale privately held portfolio of businesses.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESImplement and administer the organization鈥檚 benefit programs. This includes but is not limited to eligibility analysis, cost forecasting, budgeting, oversight for proper financial reconciliation, reporting, communication, and all related compliance oversight.Manage the administration of a self-funded health plan with PBM carve-out and a Captive providing stop loss coverage, partnership with TPA and advisors.
